What happens when the sources do not contain an answer?
The required behaviour is explicitly defined: the application should state that it lacks sufficient evidence rather than presenting a guess as company information.
Does a new model need to be trained?
RAG connects answer generation with retrieved sources. Any need for further model customisation is assessed separately and is not assumed.
